Pastor Wes has been serving WRBC as the Senior Pastor since June 2024. He is married to his wife Emma and they have four beautiful children. Pastor Wes holds degrees from Christopher Newport University (B.A. Computer Engineering), College of Willam and Mary (MBA), Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv) and is working towards his Doctorate in Practical Theology (PhD) from Liberty University.
